Originally from Brazil, Fatima has been an esthetician since 1986 and has been working in NYC for the past 20 years. Fatima specializes in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and Chemical peels. She is also an expert eyebrow designer and has worked with top models and artists in New York City. Fatima is currently living in Del Rey Beach, Florida but comes to work at Portofino once a month to see her loyal clients.
EMILLY GOMES
Before joining the Portofino Team in 2014 Emilly worked in New York City for 9 years at the J Sisters. Born in Brazil, Emilly has been mastering the art of waxing with her unique style and flawless technique. Great technique combined with her speed, produces a painless and smooth experience without ingrown hair, leaving skin soft and radiant. She is an expert in full body waxing. Her impeccable work has made her the go-to among beauty and style icons, models, celebrities and stylish New Yorkers, among them: Kate Winslet, Kerry Washington, Naomi Campbell, Raica Oliveira, Molly Ringwald, Cameron Diaz, Alicia Silverstone, and Rosario Dawson.
SASINEE PONCE SOSA
Sasinee is our expert esthetician originally from Thailand and now living and working in NYC for the past 10 years. She specializes in organic skincare utilizing the folowing techniques: acupressure, lymphatic drainage facials, exfoliation and extraction. She is well versed in machine treatments like the Aqua Peel and Procel Micro-channeling. Sasinee also uses her background in Thai Massage to create special facials to leave your skin radiant and glowing. When you see Sassinee, she will assess your skin and create a customized treatment to give you the best results.
